Jackie and Vox met long before he crosses paths with Nomad V in canon. She hasn’t always been a Nomad. [ You can read some about her here, but be warned that the content is pretty sensitive, so be careful! ] They met in Heywood, close to dawn. Valo: Rockerboy, release a few bangers, fuck the hottest person in any room I’m in and then die afraid and alone on the floor of Arasaka HQ....Right, Johnny? :) 

Valen: Ideally I’d be living high above street level with some gonk paid to write this response for me, all provided by rich, dead parents. 

22. who’s your favorite fixer to work with? who’s your least favorite?

Valo: El Capitán is my favorite. Call it same hair style solidarity. I just enjoy him, he cares about people, for an ex corprat that is. Speaking of Corporats, now’s my least favorite, Mr. Hands. Fuck that motherfucker and his shiny purple suit. I’ll take Regina any day over dealing with Mr. Hands on the reg.

Ves. Partly cos I HC River as being a human heater and partly because I gave Ves my own shitty circulation. River is surprised to learn his voice can pitch that high after he gets ambushed during their first winter with her ‘fucking goddamn icicle hands holy fuck Ves are you jack fucking frost’

22. Who texts more often?

It’s pretty evenly split. Ves doesn’t tend to initiate text convos but once River starts them she can carry them through for the whole day. it’s 50% ‘hey check out this cool rock i saw’ and 50% adhd topic jumps.

32. Who remembers what the other one always orders at a restaurant?

River, but Ves makes it pretty easy by always ordering the same thing for about 6 months straight, then changing the order and keeping the change for the next 6 months.

50. Who gets overwhelmed by small acts of kindness?

Ves.exe has stopped working. She’s not used to it from people that aren’t Jackie/Vik/Misty/Mama Welles (Classification: family) or the Bakkers (Classifciation: family, but make it sad). River being kind before being classified as family leaves her just like

skip the fade might have been put in your bioware documents folder instead of the game directory. thats the only reason i can think of that would lead to the mod not being removed by an uninstall of DA:O itself (origin doesnt mess w the docs folder iirc). If its not there, you can try using DA:O mod manager to uninstall it if its a dazip. It’s been a while since i dealt w skip the fade and im away from my laptop atm so i cant recall specifics of the mod
