I went swimming for the first time in 4 years last week.. but I kept my clothes on.. (shirt/leggings) I absolutely refuse going in a bathing suit;; i just cant do it.. so I can sorta image how horrible it is for you;; is there anywhere private you can go swimming? nothing around at all?
Not that I know of. I feel like some days I can manage but it was just too much for me right now. It needs time, I think (or more clothing |D)

I wouldn’t compare a domestic animal to a wild animal though. To survive in the wild you generally need to be in top shape, and I don’t see how this wolf could ever hunt or defend itself against other rival wolves/bears/etc.
Like I said, I do not know the backstory to the killing of this wolf, and I do not know how it was surviving in the wild. Yes, it looks pretty healthy. But it also looks pretty young (for instance the claws are very short as far as I can see). It might not be even be a year old, which means its pack has been providing it with food. Sooner or later the wolf would likely be left on its own, and I don’t think that would end well for her/him. Killing it was likely the humane thing to do. But agian: I do not know.

I had a malamute/shepherd mix that I did a lot of training with and she was perfect in my eyes.. at some point I didnt even use a leash anymore.. then I got a husky/saarloos mix and ‘trying’ to train her was pure hell.. and despite the time and effort she became very destructive inside the house;; so I can understand these breeds arent for anyone.. pleople need to learn and understand that.. it wil save a lot of tears on both the owners and the dogs part;;
Thank you for the input!
