little almost offhand detail i keep thinking about is that somebody asked annabelle cane to spider-kill carlos vittery. somebody was angry enough at him that they found a super weird teleporting murder website, used it to write into an eldritch goddess, and told her a story about carlos vittery good enough that she sent a fuck ton of spiders after him. what did he do??? who did he hurt??? what the hell happened???? i want the whole story dammit

Jon missing Martin, Tim and Sasha after waking from his coma hits hard. "I guess we never [talked statements through together]" ... well. It doesn't seem like he was actually friends with Tim and Sasha, he just brought them on as competent colleagues. He didn't think much of Martin's skills. There's something that can be seen as implied cameraderie, but it's not like they actually had a good time together. And now he misses them because even that was better than what he now has. Ouch.
