Chapter 284 of Magi was unbelievable this final arc has the potential to be one of the best concluding arcs in manga history. Since Alibaba doesn't have the sword of Amon in his possession ( but I'm almost certain that I know who does) Yunan gave him a magic tool so he could fly to his destination. Eventually Alibaba decides to rest in Reim which was about as technologically advanced as the Roman Empire. To the surprise of Alibaba Reim is nearly unrecognizable due to the unbelievable futuristic visage and technology of the city. There are airships, city lights, skyscrapers, and many other staples of modern civilization. At the close of chapter 284 of Magi Alibaba is at the doorstep of The Sindria Trading Company Headquarters. Sinbad with a great deal of help from Arba and Yamuraiha has created a world of his own design coincidentally David wanted the same thing. According to Alibaba's information Sinbad wants to use Aladdin to enter the Holy Place but what if that's what David wants. I believe that inside of Sinbad there is a struggle between himself and David. Because of his childhood and seemly good nature Sinbad wants to make better world for everyone. Meanwhile it seems that David wants to be god of that world. Here is a theory of mine what if the reason David shares the same body is because David knew due to Sinbad's unbelievable amount of magoi and natural talent he would make the perfect vessel to facilitate his ambitions. What David didn't expect was Sinbad's sheer will and Yamuraiha prodigious skill could halt his attempts to force Sinbad to fall completely into a state of depravity. That being said I can't wait for the next chapter of Magi.
