glowing magic turtle :D .....
Chibi TORQ! (Soooo happy with how my funnel cakes turned out!)
I figured it was about time I got around to drawing up some Chibi versions of characters from Critical Hit. I’ll be starting with characters from the main campaign, but if enough people enjoy these, I’d love to go on and draw Chibi versions of character’s from Sam’s Weird Western story as well as Brian’s Modern City and Hays of Shadow tales. Maybe even more campaigns that they’ve run! We’ll have to wait and see how this goes.
Nonbinary Turtle - adding to my pride month creatures! Have a magic turtle themed to the nonbinary flag. I really like how this one turned out. My original art made in Procreate, please credit and don't edit without permission.
[Image description: art of a glowing turtle at night. The water glows with the light from the turtle, patterns of water in yellow ad purple illuminated, but is otherwise clear. The turtle floats just under the surface of the water with head its head poking out. The turtle's skin is dark purple and its eyes glow white. It's claws and the markings on its shell glow yellow. The glow is enough to light up the turtle's entire shell. End image description.]
Swamp Tortoise - I imagine this one to be the cousin of the larger ocean turtle shown in my piece “Goodnight Turtle”. It’s a bit more humble in size, but it’s still bigger than a man. I really like how this one turned out

[Image description: a digital painting of a very large fantastical tortoise hanging out under shallow swampy water, mostly submerged except for the top of its shell. On top of its shell grows a patch of grass with a ton of fungus and little fireflies/fairylights. Below the water the red iris of the turtle glows red. Behind the creature a lot of trees with warm red wood grow, further trees disappearing into the distance of the scene. Streams of light come down to illuminate the scene below, reflecting on the water and making it sparkle as well as highlighting the garden of mushrooms on the tortoise’s back. End image description.]

I remember when I was just six years old a tortoise suddenly appeared in my backyard. But within a week it disappeared. What the hell happened?
Today I found an old notebook with all five (5) of my OC's for a video game I wanted to make. Maybe I'll post my messy sketches. I love them.
