Magic is common knowledge but magic users are often heavily discriminated against. Mobs often employ (or enslave) magic users for their own protection and gain, to fight their wars and carry out their desires.

Arthur is heir of one of the biggest regions of Albion. His father hates magic, but is willing to make use of it for his own and his family’s benefit. It is he who gifts Arthur with his first collared sorcerer to break, to train. Arthur is expected to mould the boy into a loyal and obedient weapon, willing to defend his owner even at the cost of his own life.

Will Arthur twist Merlin into his new role? Or will Merlin change Arthur instead?
