There's a Sans undertale joke to make here

The special delivery company may have not cared about the damage their robots could cause to customers, but this variant of Mangle(and Foxy, who I'm pretty sure would've also classified as a sexyman a few years back) really takes the cake. A hand saw and throwing knives go with the theme, but they're basically asking her to harm someone. Though considering how he's making the knives float, I feel like "why does he have potential weapons" isn't really the question to focus on

And yeah, Toxic didn't always have these... Purple bubbles or what is this. He acquired them later thanks to his friend Radioactive Foxy

I even drew a mini comic about it where Sham asks Tox about them and the second one doesn't answer

But i'm still thinking about what did happened that day when he got his purple bubbles

The first idea was that Toxic doesn't really happy about what Radioactive did to him, maybe he's even mad at him for it...
