He waited until it was late before he snuck from the corner the Struckers had claimed as their own. He knew his mother wouldn’t agree with this but he didn’t care. He begrudgingly admitted to himself that he wasn’t as effortlessly gifted as his sister, yet he was equally as powerful. Things didn’t happen simply for him. He had to fight for what he was good at and he would fight for these powers.
His sister didn’t have the knowledge to teach him, though. She was inexperienced because of how easily things came to her. Lorna knew, though. She had trained other kids before. He could see it the day she tried to teach him before his protective mother came busting in.
