Ursula K. Le Guin's sci-fi. The left hand of darkness is really interesting, as is the dispossessed.
Yeah, The Left Hand of Darkness was gorgeous; I will read more of her this year for sure, thanks :)

Last year I got 18 books read, here are my recommendations: Dragon Keeper (Robin Hobb), Natural History of Dragons (Marie Brennan), Dragonsdawn: Dragon Riders of Pern (Anne McCaffery), the Languedoc Series (Kate Mosse)
I have Natural History of Dragons but I hesitated after reading a few pages, not sure if it was for me. But the rec seems to indicate it might be, thanks!!! And I heard about Anne McCaffery and Kate Mosse but I’ve never read them, I’ll add them :)

"The Golem and The Jinni" by Helene Wecker. Superbly written, well-researched, humane. Happy new year! I want to read that Becky Chambers book too lol.
