It says it’s paused? I always had issues with the play/pause button, but sometimes messing with it will make it start again.

I was going to say the same thing as magsbe.
Oh don't worry, I've discovered that even though it says paused its actually downloading, it's just unbearably slow. Ever couple of seconds there would be an extra 1 MB or so added to the amount downloaded.
It's done now so I guess I won't be seeing this progress bar in a loooong time.
