...as I think more and more on this, I come to the horrifying conclusion she and this knight did the dirty together, and the order of Holy Knights’ magical powers come from most of members being descended from her.

I mean...the whole “tainted blood” thing is a Lovecraftian trope ripe for mockery and why not do it with the most anime boy to not know what anime is.

This could actually end up being heartwarming, with perhaps Magu-chan telling Izuma he is a far “more tolerable entity than the manipulative witch” and a biological connection does not change that.

To say how little Magu Chan takes him: in their second encounter Magu offers him shaved ice after Ruru explained to him expectations of hospitality.

Also this gives me flashbacks to Godzilla 2000 where Missiles that were basically giant spears passed through Godzilla’s body and by time dust cleared he had already regenerated
