...you know, its odd for once seeing how Naputaaku’s howl of madness which shatters minds and reassembles them into devoted servants would result in a society that looks insane from the outside.

He’s only done it to wildlife [by accident] since this isn’t a horror comic (and it hurts his throat), drastically boosting their intelligence and thus increasing the severity of shenanigans they can engage
