I must do as I am told; that said, your Viktor is like King Dork of Dorklandia...
... and I love it. I've noticed a huge uptick of trans characters and trans interpretations of canon characters (hello, transekko!) and I think that it's great. While I can't sympathize completely with those characters as I myself am not trans or questioning, I do enjoy seeing them cope with the struggle of being quite literally unhappy with one's own body.
An unhappiness with human form that shines so well with Viktor's character, might I add! He's uptight, closed-off to all but a few, and extremely meticulous about his work. You convey that in such a magnificently articulated way that I am simply in love with his characterization.
A long, long time ago in the yonder years of 2012 I too had a Viktor blog in a time where Viktor was still thought of as a malevolent force (such was the way when Jayce was still recently released) and I tried to humanize him the best I could, and wow, you do that spirit very proud!
If it weren't for the differences between TF and Viktor that prevents them from really interacting I would totally throw him at you!
