FAMILY WEEKEND AT THE U
What a weekend we have upon us! It’s Family Weekend at the UofA with its activities, football, UofA Mall activities, Film Fests, Football game versus Washington, and more! Bear Down Friday tonight at Main Gate Square of course. The U will be bustling with activity all weekend.
TUCSON MEET YOURSELF
Where do you begin to describe the diversity of Tucson Meet Yourself? Music and performances from all corners of the globe including the Philippines, Ireland, Mexico, Russia, Africa, Japan, Scotland, Brazil, Vietnam, and the Americas. Food and folk art similarly from everywhere. Experience different cultures first hand. Now in its 46th year, this festival affords an opportunity to grow culturally. No cost for admission!
FESTIVALS GALORE!
Amidst the University activities and Tucson Meet Yourself, we also have Pumpkin festivals, Farmers Markets, 2nd Saturdays Downtown, 2nd Sundaze at TMoA and Oktoberfest on Mt. Lemmon too.
TOHONO CHUL FALL PLANT SALE
The Fall Plant Sale at Tohono Chul Gardens starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday. With 1000 different species, everyone can find something that would enhance their desert garden.
TUCSON MODERNISM WEEK
Tucson Modernism Week finishes with tours, cocktail parties, and lectures.

Round out the weekend with Paul Anka singing Sinatra at Desert Diamond on Saturday night, or at the Fox which presents Rufus Wainwright Sunday night.
