After providing helicopter ladder platforms to military and commercial customers for years, Factory Supply has finally perfected a line of unique helicopter work platforms.   Fabricating in a mixture of Aluminum or Steel, these industrial platforms are both lightweight and durable.  This line includes mobile work platforms to move to and from the helicopter with ease. 

Our focus is to create the most ergonomically productive solution for the customer’s maintenance and repair needs.  So we did our research and over the years Helicopter Maintenance Platforms has realized that most maintenance and manufacture facilities are tight on space.  In response to this, Factory Supply incorporated a deploy able platform design as the newest addition to Helicopter Maintenance Platforms. The deploy able stands allow technicians to bring the work platform into action, but then fold and store the stand away effortlessly when not in use.

Factory Supply's newest addition: Stainless Steel Cantilever Ladders

Factory Supply Inc. recently completed a custom cantilever ladder design for a pharmaceutical company that required open structural members to comply with a clean room wash down standard.  Factory Supply specializes in custom maintenance platforms and ladders in both stainless steel and aluminum.  

Our custom cantilever designs allow customers to adjust landing heights and platform overhangs to meet their facility restraints and comply with OSHA standards.  While our custom stainless steel designs allow customers to meet requirements for corrosive, clean or sanitary environments. Putting these options together allows us to meet all of the customer’s application requirements with one mobile, cost-effective solution.  

Custom packaging was also provided for this rolling ladder ensuring that the work stand will be received in the same condition it left our custom shop.  We understand that sometimes the trip from our shop to your facility may include stops at multiple freight terminals which increases the chance of possible damage.  This is why we provide the option of individually wrapping on forklift proof pallets to protect your ladder or platform. 

Factory Supply uses 3D modeling techniques utilizing Solid Works software to guarantee quality and safety.  Our goal is to provide cost effective and reliable design to satisfy our customer’s needs.
