Incredible Hulk #185 (Wein/Trimpe, Mar 1975). Talbot’s programming to assassinate the President comes to an inevitable, though still shockingly violent, climax. In the ensuing chaos, Thunderbolt Ross suits up in a prototype Hulkbuster suit to quell their captive beast.
Incredible Hulk #190 (Wein/Trimpe, Aug 1975). A golden messenger leads Hulk over the rainbow to a paradise where his dreams come true. So why is he suddenly attacked and taken captive by toad-men?
Incredible Hulk #200 (Wein/Buscema, June 1976). Doc Samson figures out how to activate Banner’s mind inside Hulk’s body. They shrink Smart Hulk down to smash whatever mental block is rendering Glenn catatonic. But Glenn’s mind defends itself with memories of every major Hulk villain. It’s a nice anniversary special but a little anticlimactic too.
Incredible Hulk #203 (Wein/Buscema, Sept 1976). Hulk’s in Talbot’s mind (physically), and denizens of the microscopic world are in the Hulk’s (telepathically). Doc Samson manages to return Hulk to full size and Jarella accidentally hitches a ride.
Incredible Hulk #202 (Wein/Buscema, Aug 1976). Bruce continues shrinking within Talbot’s brain, finally returning to his beloved Jarella’s kingdom.
