Another patch complete! ‘The best revenge is living at all’

Five years have passed since Glitch Techs aired. Five more years and maybe Eric Robles and Dan Milano will get another chance to make more Glitch Techs... and I'm writing this with a weird mixture of hope and sarcasm in mind.

I think unless Netflix lets the creators make a movie or something like what happened with ROTTMNT (or to a less relevant degree, Invader Zim), realistically we’re probably not going to see those season 3 episodes. Maybe one day the entire storyboards will get leaked.

(Or I’ll get my hands on the scripts. I won’t share them unless the creators themselves say it’s fine to do so, but i really want to archive them privately just so they don’t end up getting lost to time. Maybe one day a bunch of us can get together and do some fan-recreation or reading thing with them.)

However, i still think it’s possible, albeit very unlikely, for Glitch Techs to get a comic run or a graphic novel or something. The artstyle works well, and Nickelodeon has done this in the past with its other shows. Danny Phantom got a graphic novel semi-recently and new Invader Zim comics are apparently being considered. It’s unlikely considering that the fanbase for Glitch Techs is small, but it’s more likely than the show’s production suddenly being unfrozen in my eyes. Even if ownership of Glitch Techs eventually gets moved to paramount like most other Nickelodeon Shows.

Until then, we just have to keep the show alive ourselves. Create art, write fanfic, make memes, god damnit I would love seeing a comic of any kind, and archive any parts of season 3 you can find so they’re easier for others to find.

i made two rosaries by tearing apart a load of old jewellery i have and i'm so proud of them!!! i am not catholic (any more) but personally i'm trading in catholic guilt for goth jewellery.

this one's golden beads and pearls (faux from vintage jewellery) with a few gold chains tugged apart. i got sort of obsessed with handmade chainmail so i also encased a pearl in a chain bag(?) box (?)

i'm gonna post the second one separately because they're quite different vibes.

looks like im not going into work tomorrow so i guess i'm gonna try to crank out edits in between applying to jobs...

im not an editor by any means i dont have high hopes for what i'll be able to create but i have so many ideas i havent seen yet so i've gotta at least try
