Healthy Almond Balls. 2 x cups almonds 1 x cup pitted dates 1 x cup sultanas 1 x tablespoon cocoa 2 x tablespoons chia seeds 1 x tablespoon coconut oil Blitz all ingredients in either ThermoMix on speed 7 for 90 seconds or in a food processor for 2 minutes on high. Once blended into a mixture or texture that you like, roll into bite sized balls approximately 2cm in diameter. Refrigerate for min 1 hour until firm.
