Mmmm my favorite fungus! actually it’s a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Yeast and Bacteria).
I recently got all into making Kombucha after learning how easy it is. All it is is tea, sugar, and that guy up there... a big ole scoby. It takes about 14 days to ferment and then it’s deliciousness can be enjoyed. Try it for yourself, its super easy and beats the shit out of paying 5 bcuks a bottle at whole foods
