There are few things in this world I find as satisfying than a good reuben. It is rare I find one out and about that is to my liking.. not that I did today. I made this one at home. Fresh baked whole grain rye bread thin sliced, super thin sliced corned beef, (woot,woot, on sale this week!) thick baby Swiss, a big heaping of sauerkraut and of course, Russian dressing. Grilled in the panini press with real butter until the bread is just crispy and the Swiss is just starting to melt.. So, so, so yummy. This is my fav sandwich~ although I don't say no to a good Monte Cristo or Rachael either...
