I have noticed more and more these days that art museums are offering classes in various artisanal craft. As you see here if you click through, you will see that the South Bend Museum of Arts near me has classes in ceramics, in drawing, painting, weaving, etc., aimed at teenagers or at adults. You can find multi-meeting classes or one-day workshops at art museums across the country, so check out the pages for education or learning at one near you.

It’s a new year, so why not try learning a new skill? Although the Dresss Doctors never insisted on every woman doing dressmaking, they did think that everyone should try and find out if they were good at it.
