hello there! I am currently writing/working on a character who is hard of hearing. As a person who is not deaf or hard of hearing I was hoping to see other’s experiences and resources to make the character seem real. Wether it be experience or resources anything would help!

Brain: She was part of Dracula's army. No one important, just a standard foot soldier.

Me: Ah-Fack!! Where did you come fro-

Brain: But bit by bit, she started to crave the sun light and soon she began to remember; her husband, her son. She was human.....once

Me: Please, I didn't ask for th-

Brain: She starts to disobey orders; she goes against her fellow soldiers. She is then thrown into the dungeon.

Me: F**k it, theres only 15 seconds left in the song...

Brain: She escapes!! And returns to the burned remains of her old home, where she lays in her old bed—waiting for the sun to come out as she dreams of her lost family.

Me: Wait...she dies?

Brain: Maybe, or maybe not. We'll never know unless you listen to "Fear" next.

Decided to revisit my favorite childhood cartoons and they were so good, like I watched Nutri Ventures and it was so fun. I also watched Cyberchase and it was very good as well, so I’m planning on making an oc for Nutri Ventures and Cyberchase

Making OCs is fun.

I have a good list of mine. too long of one. From my own universe I am working on, to shows, to animes, anything. Including d&d. I even remember my original I wrote when I was a kid.

The hard part? is what n how to get started, and the name. *at least for my experience it is..*

the fun part? is to make their personality, their shell and appearance.

Making em be even a folklore creature, to even just a regular person is fun. This can be addicting.
