Independent Thoughts

They are indeed a dying breed in this day and age. With the internet based society that has developed in the last ten years, there are more and more means for people to share biased information in order to spread their particular beliefs. I think that as a society we should have more and more lessons teaching future generation to be capable of identifying bias in information and teaching independent thought. I know this seems like it can go either way but the media today likes to push things one of two ways and the radicalization of ideals have lead to more and more division and less bipartisan relations. If we do not fix this we will continue in a our decline of Independent thought and continue to have ineffective government that constantly undermines itself.
