Day 60: Dealing with adversity is part of training part of life. Last night, I was dealing with calf cramps. It didn’t seemed like a lot at the time, but while taking my first steps in the morning, I knew that something was not right. I have been feeling better throughout the day but it is pretty sore. Should I stick with the schedule and do some running? No sir! To be honest, this would have driven me insane in the past but not anymore.
