Malachest is a very unstable fusion, literally being forced to be. Chesty wanted to stop the rebels, even if it called for making the forbidden act of fusing with a gem outside of herself. She forced Jas-Nips to dance with her to create this beast of a fusion. Malachest can’t think of anything else but destroying the rebels and bringing them back to her diamond in hopes of getting an ego boost.
