This is so adorable and on point. I could imagine modern!caleb having like an urban exploration channel...i.e. dragging ben with him to sketchy places lol
*extreme close up of Caleb’s face at a deliberately weird angle* *stage-hushed voice* “how ARE yew all t’day me an Tallboy *harshly spins camera while yanking Ben into frame* are investigating a M U R D E R” (”caleb...no..”)
then it’s something like...around three minutes of just seeing their shoes and some gross pavement and more kind of weird shots of walls and graffiti along several twists and turns until it all comes to an abrupt stop and the camera flips up to slow-zoom on a HUGE gathering of crows. the shot lingers for several seconds before turning back to Ben ( him: 😒 but also looking a bit caught off guard and vaguely amused ) and then back to Caleb who just “RIGHT? RIGHT?”
he’s got another where he goes “me an tallboy are goin to this place...it’s pretty shady, guys, I don’t know...we’re checking it out” and Ben’s like “caleb if you make us break the law again-” but then five minutes later you just hear Ben being Indignant and it turns out they’ve gone to a park where there are SO MANY TREES and Caleb’s like “IT’S SO SHADY TALLBOY”
and a lot of the time it’s Ben going “caleb please no more illegal/questionable activity” but then it gets to the thing with the Horse and Caleb’s like “TALLBOY AND ME ARE BREAKING INTO THE PARK TO STEAL A HORSE” “caleb Highlander is my horse I’m not stealing-” caleb proceeds to make jokes about Ben being a hardened criminal as they blunder their way through rescuing Highlander..only for Anna to appear at the very end of the video, after all is said and done, and comment “you know you could have just called the groundskeeper”
