How I could picture the Wilkersons looking:

Wearing glasses. All of them. I think they’d look really good in them.

Malcolm with a piercing. And I don’t just mean his tongue—piercings in general.

Francis with tattoos. On his arms, legs, or back.

Lois with short hair. I think that would really suit her.

Reese with a sidecut. His hair is already well-styled, but damn—I can totally see him rocking that look.

Malcolm with colorful hair. Ideally, dyed streaks.

Dewey with dark hair and freckles. I think he’s the type for that.

I think Hal would look good in cowboy gear, too. Standing right next to Francis in a father-son pose.

Malcolm with long hair. I think Sam W.'s hair length would suit him well. Especially in the later seasons.

Fem-Reese. I know everyone usually feminizes Malcolm, but I think his soft side gives him a very feminine quality. I think that would really suit him (stockings, skirts, etc.). It would be totally his style.

Francis in a leather jacket and jeans. Ideally with a chain attached and arm warmers. That would be so sexy.

And I think they’d all look good with makeup on, too. Especially when it comes to eyeliner. I mean, it generally looks good on men, but I especially see Francis and Reese doing that.

For one thing, I really love how many Malcolm in the Middle fics are being posted on AO3 right now. Especially since I sometimes had the feeling there was something like a summer slump (?) I don't know, I haven't been on AO3 for a year yet to be able to judge that.

On the other hand, I had a real "Whoa, calm down" moment today when I came across a work that was literally taking shots at Wilkercest fans. Thanks for the mute and block functions on AO3. 👀

Nobody is forcing you to read those fics, lol. Oh well. On the bright side, there are plenty of great new fics, and I’m just happy we’re only 40 fics away from hitting the 600 mark. Yay! 🎉✨
