Trans Alec AU

Ok so I have some headcanons about malec, specifically trans alec, in a world with no magic or anything:

-His birth name would be Gideon Alexis _(insert mundane last name)_

-Alec’s parents probably were like drug addicts or some shit and he grew up in his aunt’s house in a horribly abusive environment and was taught that in order for him to deserve love he’s gotta earn it. The family has one other kid, alec’s female cousin, but she got the hell out so they only really talk over text and Christmas

-Alec grows up really struggling with everything and has a lot of internalized homophobia and transphobia and he really doesn’t have any friends. Because of his environment and mental health disassociating becomes his normal and he actively tries to achieve it whenever possible. 

-He finally comes out as trans when he is 14 after like 7 years of questioning and promptly gets thrown out of the house and is homeless for the next 5 years

-During this time he joins a gang and an underground fighting ring where he boxes other minors for a living, and in exchange he gets the leader to pay for his living and school and gets money to save up for college (he is super super smart and determined)

-When he is 17 he get involved in a very abusive relationship with a 28 year old man named Connor, who abuses and manipulates him into thinking that Alec loves him, and because of this Alec never goes to college. He ends up using the money to get top surgery and puts the rest away in a trust fund for himself so Connor can’t touch it. 

-Alec has a really bad relationship with sex, especially because he has petrifying bottom and penetration dysphoria (like the book GenderQueer level stuff) and when connor constantly forces him into it gets really traumatic. 

-Alec meets Magnus when M accidentally hits him with his car and has to take him to the hospital. Alec is 21 at this point and they become friends.

-Eventually Alec leaves Connor and they start dating, and Connor becomes a stalker ex but they get a restraining order and M teaches Alec to love again and what it means to be happy and everything and Alec just is so happy in their relationship and they get married and Alec’s cousin (who is a lesbian) comes to the wedding and Alec gets a degree in teaching and opens a homeless shelter for LGBT youth and they have kids and a beautiful life and Alec is still recovering but overall is just so happy and ahllakjhfiouhxfioushlkj ok I will stop
