To me, the only thing that could have made Maleficent better would have been if at the end of the movie, Maleficent had brought out a list she’s been keeping for the past 16 years about literally everything the fairies had done wrong when raising Aurora. It would contain things like:

“And then, when she was 7-wait I’m not finished yet."

and

"Spiders? Really?”

Oooooh just got home from watching Maleficent, and it was WONDERFUL~

The story's a bit predictable, but I still loved it. And ANGELINA JOLIE WAS FREAKING AWESOME AND BADASS UGH I LOVE HER 

I was especially happy that Prince Phillip refused to kiss Aurora at first, because, YES HELLO, consent. And they did just meet, I would've flipped a table if the kiss actually worked.

But also

PLEASE TELL ME I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE ROOTING FOR DIAVAL TO GO BOLD AND KISS MALEFICENT when the kiss didn't work

I mean, I know this was probably the whole point of her, being independent and on her own / with Aurora. BUT STILL DIAVAL IS A CUTIE AND HE TOTES CARES ABOUT HER SO MUCH I JUST. CAN'T HELP IT. SHIP THEM. SHIP THEM SO HARD

okay so fuck I need to talk about maleficent fuck okay so I really didn't think of the prologue the way it was young maleficent was so adorable with her wings and I thought she and stephan would be otp and when he took her wings I felt personally betrayed and the fact that even though she was hurt and bitter she still took care of aurora constantly just :') SHE LOVES AURORA SHE CARES ABOUT HER IM STILL CRYINGG and aurora just loved and trusted maleficent without even knowing who is she I felt so bad when she came to her crying once she knew about the curse IF ONLY SHE KNEW MALEFICENT TRIED TO REVOKE THE CURSE!!! god i'm just overwhelmed and the fact that maleficent's kiss was the true loves kiss to wake aurora up!!!!!! maleficent didn't even believe in true love!!!!!!!!! this movie!!!!!!!!! okay I think I let it all out

Maleficent (Spoilers ahead)

Just came back from the cinema….

Maleficent was AWESOME! Angelina Jolie was flawless, she was Maleficent!!! And her beasty was great, too. The mudfight scene had me laughing out loud for heaven’s sake! Also I started shipping Maleficent/Diaval, Maleficent/Aurora and Aurora/Diaval in the whole movie! Oh, the sweetness of being a multi-shipper <3

Best moment was between Jolie and her RL daughter…when she touched her horns and Maleficent was just like: WTF are you doing??? It was hilarious and adorable <3 What I also loved was the banter between Maleficent and Diaval (have I said just how much I love him??? NO? I LOVE HIM!!!!)

What was creepy though was the fact that one of the fairies was UMBRIDGE! UMBRIDGE??? NO!

And the scene where Stefan takes her wings…I almost cried, honestly it was like taking away the very essence of her being…but I loved how she was when she was evil.

All in all, this movie was awesome and flawless and everybody needs to see it!
