11. When was their embrace? malik was embraced in 1948! hes ~118 in full age

26. Do they want to become human again or are they fine as a kindred?

He's definitely able to see the benefits of being a kindred. I'm not sure if he'd want to go back to being human, considering how he's spent so long adjusting to being kindred. it would probably be like chucking a baby into white rapids.

45. What are their disciplines?

Animalism (2) and Fortitude (1) for clan disciplines. he's got an animal famulus, and feral whispers, and unswayable mind. bc hes a farmer, i took 1 in protean for eyes of the beast

What was the original thought that led to the creation of this character?

i wanted to make a vtm gangrel!! because this was after my first irl vtm game (that ended very... interestingly.) and i wanted to make more characters and gangrel speaks the most to me (who would have guessed)

2. How did you choose their name and why? Was it simply based on vibes or is there any specific meaning behind the name? Are the reasons behind their name different in- and out of universe?

malik means wave/sea in greenlandic according to behindthename.com :D

11. Is there any existing character from other media that your character resembles? Was the resemblance intentional or was it a coincidence?

not off the top of my head? i did make him because my first vtm guy was a horrible evil twink and i wanted to make a lovely old bear lool

13. Do you have a voice claim for the character? What do you imagine the character sounds like?

cant think of a voice claim off the top of my head but he's got a weird mix of american (from living most of his undead life in chicago) and then the remnants of scottish from when he was alive. hes also got a very gruff voice too, very deep

19. What are their thoughts on the Sabbat?

While Malik is absolutely against the Camarilla, he's not doing all that. He definitely disagrees with their message and actions, especially the vampire supremacy and disregard for mortals in particular.

27. Do they have a clan they don’t particularly like?

The chances of a Ventrue pissing him off are very high.

40. Would they ever commit diablerie if given the chance?

prooobably not. If there was literally no other choice he might have the stomach for it, but its not currently on his bucketlist

i'll try and keep these answers as spoiler free as possible for my group but ykk answers for Malik! 14. How did they initially feel after being embraced? Did they like being reborn into something knew or did it take them a while to cope with their new reality? Mal did not cope well, given that he was embraced in an unfamiliar city, and that it forced him to abandon his old life (officially, at least). he's learnt to live it as best he can now.

38. Do they care about the taste of blood?

malik doesn't drink human blood, he's got the Farmer predator type. he does his best to exclusively feed off fish and other marine creatures. i'm not sure if he dislikes the taste of blood, its more of a moral thing for him.

42. Suppose they weren’t embraced by their clan, which other clan would they thrive in?

if he wasn't gangrel, he'd be good in the Brujah maybe. I can't really see him in any camarilla aligned group tbh

Soul Singer Set To Release Inspirational Album

for immediate release On October 23, 2012, independent recording artist, Homemadesoul will release his newest music project, titled, "Inspirations".
