Thursday lunch at Hawksmoor in Manchester. Well the venue is great, but the food is even better. Gorgeous spicy roasted cauliflower, fillet tail with amazing triple cooked chips. So crispy and light. I just love the butter lettuce salad - the dressing is amazing, very light and not too vinegary but full of flavour. My son enjoyed his burger. To finish we had a tasty maple, walnut and rye tart. I’m new to this Instagram business and need to remember to take the photos before I start eating the food! So would I go back?
