Because when one of your besties is a massive Witcher fan what else are you going to do but make her a cross stitch of her favorite Geralt quote and bake a themed cake to go along with it?! I mean I really had no other choice. ;)

Inside the tub is a lemon cake layered with wild berry filling, frosted with lemon buttercream, and topped with tinted white chocolate ganache. Happy birthday, @shy-violet-soul!! I love ya!

~Chelsea Buns (With a Kick)~

Sweet yeast rolls with a cinnamon honey butter filling and studded with bourbon soaked dried cherries, hence the “kick”. (They were supposed to be raisins, but since raisins are the devil’s fruit, I went with cherries. You’re welcome.) Then to top them off, these bad boys get drizzled with vanilla glaze.

~Cinnamon Swirl Skillet Bread~

Basically ropes cinnamon roll dough brushed with nearly sinful amounts of butter, dark brown sugar, and cinnamon, braided together then twisted into and baked in a cast iron skillet. And just to ramp it all up I topped it with a Fireball Whiskey glaze. Why? Because stressful times call for a little comfort and decadence.

~Grapefruit Ricotta Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting~

A most, tender pound cake made with both fresh grapefruit zest and juice and then topped with a grapefruit cream cheese frosting. Perfect for spring!

🍫Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes🥜

Moist dark chocolate cupcakes topped with whipped peanut buttercream, chopped dry roasted peanuts, and a mini @reeses peanut butter cup. You’re welcome. 😉

~The Final Ride Pie~

When I don’t know what to do with my feelings, I bake. When I can’t find all the words, sometimes the simplest ones are the best.

Oh and this is a Montana twist on a Bumbleberry Pie. Apples, strawberrie, raspberries, huckleberries and a bit of vanilla to warm it all up. I figured a Canadian classic was appropriate for this one.😉

🥜🍫Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies🍫🥜

Fudgy brownies swirled with a gooey peanut butter topping and topped with mini M&M’s and dry roasted peanuts for a little extra chocolatey/salty punch.

~Cardamom Snickerdoodles~

Because sometimes you need to give an old classic a little razzle dazzle. Buttery snickerdoodle dough rolled in cardamom sugar (freshly ground I might add *insert pleased Lady Violet gif here*) and baked until crisp on the edges, but still soft in the middle. Best served with a cup of coffee while ignoring the subzero temps looming on the horizon.
