Manga Spider-man Project: Black Suit Saga

In my head, I imagine Peter gets the black suit following Gwen's death, when he is at his lowest. Rather than on Battleworld or something. The symbiote finds its way to the cemetery where it is scared and weary of the new planet. At first it hides in the shadows of the graves, too cautious to make a move. It watches as Peter comes to Gwen's grave everyday (inspired by TASM2 ending). This is where it learns about Peter and his good deeds, strong morals and huge guilt. Like in the comics it learns to care about life through Peter. He recounts his failures at her grave on a stormy night. In an almost zombie like state. He is weak and exhausted. Haunted by his guilt. The weakened symbiote, having gone too long without a host, chooses to offer what it has to Peter in sympathy. As the Symbiote engulfs Peter, it uses its telepathy to ease Peter's mind to allow the take over.
