Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped. 1 can 14 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Add the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine's box until it gets thick. Put the ice cream that has been churned into a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Enjoy scoops of the smooth mango coconut ice cream!
