That was the most intense leg/coconut workout I think I've ever done. For anyone wondering the routine: It is a circuit workout of 10 sets of 10-12 reps of each move with moderate weight, no rests in between (or as little as you can)! - Barbell squats (I did 95 lbs.) - Straight leg deadlifts (I did 40 lbs.) - Dumbbell glute bridges (I did 30 lbs.)
