Oh my oh my, the Kirawus and Kadokura revival for the season 4 reminded me about one of the only things that left me sad about the manga ending: The fact that it isen't canon that they are both a couple. I already saw millions of fan theories that maybe Noda left some hints here and there, but damn i really wanted an official confirmation lol

They both went in America and keep on working together and, supposedly, never married. So, combined with their chemistry, you can speculate they were a couple, even if it was never verbalized (I’m not sure why Noda threw Mansur in the middle though, except that it was because in this way he didn’t have to put too much effort in giving a character who had no arc and no characterization a conclusion).

But, well, I fear Noda wasn’t really interested in making them a couple, more like a funny duo and simply dismissed them when they weren’t anymore of use... which is sad, really. ;_;
