Manteon (Dragon/Water)
#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Eevee that are drawn to bodies of water may come upon Dragon Scales washed onto the shore; those whom consume the scales may evolve into the Dragon/Water Eeveelution Manteon. These good-spirited Pokemon are cheery and playful by nature, but are often woefully unaware of their own strength, and must be taught inhibition when playing with others. Able to breathe water through the gills on their chest, Manteon are capable of diving to great depths in pursuit of their prey. By using their broad and muscular wing-like fins, they can soar through the water like a bird in the sky. The colorful pattern on the back of their wings is unique to each individual, akin to fingerprints. If threatened, Manteon will unleash powerful water-breath attacks or a lash out with a rapid swipe of their barbed tail. They take well to training and are eager to please, but must be given a lot of attention in order to remain happy.
