Dating Crowley and Drawing Him Constantly Headcanons:

Crowley realized you enjoyed drawing him before you even started dating.

He’d found your sketchbook by accident (he didn’t know what it was) which was full of different sketches, and near the back is where you’d been practicing his face.

You’d been close friends for a long time at that point, so you’d seen his eyes, and the detail you put into them alone took his breath away.

One of the first gifts you gave to him in your romantic relationship was a drawing you’d done of him and Aziraphale at the bookshop.

Crowley enjoys watching you draw if you’re comfortable with it

He’s an okay artist- it isn’t one of his favorite hobbies but sometimes you’ll find little sticky notes with flowers and birds sketched around the flat.

He’ll always ask before looking at your sketchbook

He’ll also admit to finding it that one time and apologize for looking through it without permission.

“Are you sure you’re a demon, Crowley?”

“Ah, yeah, kind of.”

“Well you’re very kind for a demon.”

If you paint, he loves to have paint fights.

He can use his powers to clean it up so he’ll do it at any minute.

He always makes sure if you’re actually working on something that it doesn’t get ruined by his playfulness.

“You look good with purple hair, love.”

“And you look half decent with green, you cock.”

If you ask him to pose he’ll do it with almost no complaints.

You eventually have a sketchbook dedicated to sketches and full drawings of Crowley 

Though small doodles of other things end up in there because of course they do

You also have many of her in a dress

You have some sketches of just his eyes - they’re very easy to draw with reference because the bastard never fucking blinks and will sit there and stare while you draw them.

When he starts growing out his hair after almost-geddon and you have progress drawings.

Crowley invented selfies so of course he takes them and you use them as reference when he’s away

Meeting Crowley at Hogwarts and Falling In Love With Him (Slytherin Edition):

You meet him after the sorting

You were honestly a bit surprised when you ended up in Slytherin. Your mother had been one, but your father had been a Hufflepuff so you grew up knowing that the rumors about all Slytherins being evil was not true

But people still tended to think this.

It didn’t help that there was a group or 3rd year Slytherins that were the definition of a dark alleyway in the night time.

These were Gabriel, Uriel, Michael, and Sandlephon. You learned pretty quickly to stay the hell away from them.

Then, there was a kid in your year, and his name was Anthony Crowley.

No one called him Anthony, or Tony. He was just plain “Crowley”. By both teachers and students.

Crowley wasn’t a huge fan of Gabriel and his group. They were in a constant war against each other.

No one had any idea why.

And if the worst group in the school hated him he was either the nicest person in the world or the scum at the bottom of barrels.

Most people assumed the latter.

Crowley wasn’t very kind. He didn’t have many friends, from what you could tell. He was almost never in the Slytherin common room, and you’d heard the rumors about him sneaking out at night.

You didn’t interact with him until you got paired up for potions with a kind Hufflepuff boy named Aziraphale.

You quickly befriend him, and then you were shortly after introduced to Crowley.

He was wary of you at first - he didn’t know how friendly you were with Gabriel and his group.

Then after a confrontation with them, he learned that you could be trusted.

During the confrontation you learn Crowley is muggle born.

It isn’t until year two that you start liking Crowley as more than a friend.

It begins in Diagon Alley, where you find Crowley at Gringotts with his parents

This is when you meet Crowley’s parents for the first time

They’re confused, and his mother’s very supportive while his dad is just weirded out and clearly doesn’t want to be there.

You promise to sit with him on the train, with Aziraphale as well.

It’s around Christmas time that you finally realise how you feel about him

You keep this crush secret from him until year five.

Aziraphale figured it out in year three.

Aziraphale’s always willing to lend you an ear should you ever need to complain about Crowley’s attitude or his obliviousness.

It’s almost the end of the year when you decide to just *go for it*

You meet Crowley under one of the larger trees on the grounds.

He likes to go there to procrastinate.

You find him there with a book over his eyes.

You don’t think he hears you approaching but he speaks up.

“Hello (name),” he’ll say as he removes the book from his eyes.

“Hey, Crowley.”

You’ll sot beside him, and suddenly the confidence you had to tell him is gone.

Your throat is dry, and the worry of rejection is prominent.

“You alright?” He’ll ask you. And you won’t say anything, just vaguely nod. “I doubt that. C’mon, you can tell me anything.”

But you can’t say it. So instead you reach for his hand. And he’s confused, but he doesn’t pull away, and you interlock your fingers with his.

And you hug his hand to your chest, where you can lean down and press your cheek to his knuckles, and your own too.

“Angel?” He’ll call you.

And it isn’t the first time he’s called you this.

And maybe, just maybe you think, he like you too.

And you smile, but you still don’t say anything. He doesn’t make you say anything.

You hold hands for what seems like forever, and eventually Crowley took the initiative to scoot closer to you.

And you’ve found your confidence again.

So you tell him, quietly, but he hears you. And his reply is almost immediate.

“I love you too, (name)
