Enjoy the warm tastes of maple and vanilla in this Paleo-Friendly Maple Latte. It doesn't have any added sugar or dairy and is great for a warm and cozy coffee break.
Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee. 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk. 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 pinch ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Make a cup of your favorite coffee the way you like it. Over low heat, slowly warm the coconut milk in a small saucepan while stirring it all the time. Do this until it's warm but not boiling. Pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon powder should all be mixed into the warm coconut milk. Combine well. Put the coffee that has been brewed into a mug. Carefully pour the coconut milk mixture with maple into the coffee. Use a spoon to mix the two together. Mix the flavors together by giving it a light stir. Have fun with your Paleo-Friendly Maple Latte!
