Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 3 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch 23 cm round cake pan with coconut oil and line the bottom with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Fold in the chopped walnuts into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
