Day 6, Spicybbq, Anticipation

This Maple Spice Cocktail is a delicious mix of bourbon, maple syrup, and warm spices. It's great for cozy nights in or holiday get-togethers. The allspice dram gives the flavors more depth and complexity, and a hint of fresh lemon juice makes them taste better.

Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon. 1/2 oz maple syrup. 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice. 1/4 oz allspice dram. 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Ice cubes. Orange peel, for garnish. Cinnamon stick, for garnish.

Instructions: In a shaker, combine bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, allspice dram, and bitters. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel and a cinnamon stick. Serve and enjoy!

1. Do you prefer the arrow keys or WASD when playing PC games? Why? Actually I prefer using WASD just because I tend to hold the mouse or press the space bar with my right hand.

2. Favourite manga? Least favourite manga? Lovers Doll counts yes? I've read that like 10 times and cried every time (it's rare I re-read anything). Um there's not many manga I've tried and disliked but one that comes to mind is Book of Friends I tried really hard to read it I did.

3. Do you create art? What is your favourite art style to look at? Well my creativity shows mostly in make-up but I'm good a jewelry and figurines too. Probably installations? Does that even count?

4. Most meaningful thing you have? Thing ummm my mum got me a set of gold jewelry with diamond and peridot gemstones set in it when I was really little and she gave them to me for grad so I think that set probably.

5. What game have you played that you think has the best plot? Best characters? Best gameplay? I've played a very minimal amout of games tbh but I'll try. Spiro; dawn of the dragons. Animal crossing new leaf. Legend of Zelda; Skyward Sword. 

6. Game system you play on the most? Recently my 2DS but once we get a Wii U it'll be that.

7. What kind of books do you like to read most? Why? I'm really into thriller/horror books mostly because I love the way authors describe gruesome and grotesque things but also because they tend to include magic and the supernatural.

8. What anime/book/movie/etc character do you most relate to or sympathize with? Grubitsch "Grubbs" Grady from the Demonata series by Darren Shan.

9. Play horror games? Are you easily scared? Superstitious? I want to play more horror games but I haven't so far. I'm kinda easy to scare by my standards but I'm not like really easy to scare compared to my gf. I'm very "superstitious" because I really do think the supernatural is real.

10. First game you remember playing? Spyro 2; season of fire

11. Are there any sports you enjoy, whether playing or watching or making fun of? I actually enjoy watching dance and gymnastics, it makes me want to be flexible and light on my feet XD

I prefer arrow keys because like yeah you get used to WASD but like arrow keys are just so straight forward and it just feels better I think.

2. Favourite manga? Least favourite manga?

I haven't read too much manga, but my brother used to translate it for a job, and he said Bleach was really good, and I can't really think of a bad one :p

3. Do you create art? What is your favourite art style to look at?

I am terrible at drawing, I have to say. Sometimes when I practice I can draw anime characters alright, but I have to really practice.

4. Most meaningful thing you have?

I have this little blue pillow that I have slept with every night since I was born. It's the most huggable thing you will ever come across and his name is "Pillow" because I am creative.

5. What game have you played that you think has the best plot? Best characters? Best gameplay?

Legend of Zelda, obviously. I probably choose a specific one from the series. Well, gah. I have to say, Wind Waker is my favorite and the one I have played through the most times. 

6. Game system you play on the most?

Well, we still have our GameCube, but it isn't hooked up so we use the Wii for GameCube games, which are what i play the most. So technically the Wii but for GameCube games? But I also use Wii games. Hm. I don't know. Nintendo systems :p

7. What kind of books do you like to read most? Why?

Fantasy. I like being taken to another world. 

8. What anime/book/movie/etc character do you most relate to or sympathize with?

I have to say Zuko. The whole thing of working his whole life to impress his father, and then realizing that his father is who he doesn't want to be would be really hard. 

9. Play horror games? Are you easily scared? Superstitious?

I haven't played too many horror games, I am startled really easily, so it's not quite my cup of tea. I dunno, Majora's Mask freaked me out a lot as a kid, but I don't know if that counts :p

Oh god I don't even know. Maybe Pokemon probably? Or maybe Zelda. I don't know.

11. Are there any sports you enjoy, whether playing or watching or making fun of?

I love football and futbol. Haha but yeah football season gets me so pumped up and my home team won the Superbowl this year (Go Hawks!) and I cried when my favorite player, Golden Tate, left to join the Lions :(  And I used to get up at 4am with my brother to watch futbol with him. We like Liverpool. We also like the Morecambe F.C.(The Shrimps).

A thunderstorm without an umbrella because then I won't have to worry about not getting wet because if I don't have an umbrella, there's no avoiding it, and I can enjoy the rain. And the puddles. All the puddles.
