Monday is play day!
Mar 30 - For only being a couple of days ago, I remember remarkably little about this day. Extreme brain fog day. For supper I sliced and sauteed some mild Italian sausage, and then cooked it with a little broth and a package of frozen precooked pasta and veg.
Mar 31 - Lazed in bed and read most of the day, because why not. For supper I did a pork loin roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, and steamed mixed veg.
Apr 1 - Baked a loaf of Sally Lunn bread. Made beef stew for supper. Did a lot of booping, and swearing at failure-to-boop error messages.

Mar 31 - nothing much today. For supper I made pulled pork, which was served with buns, sauteed onions and peppers, and diced fresh tomatoes. The buns were big enough that I didn't make any other vegetables, as that was already a sizable meal.
Happy trans day of visibility Tumblr people!! I don't have anyone in real life that I can share this day with so it means a lot to me that I can just post into the abyss on Tumblr. As a nonbinary person, this day is very special to me and my buddies. 🏳️⚧️
