This is our 68% Dark Chocolate, Marañón, Peru being sieved. This is a 2-ingredient chocolate and very very thick! It’s a difficult chocolate to temper because of its viscosity and definitely helped me grow a few muscles. The flavours make it all worth it though, one needs to be a little bit patient to let the chocolate melt because we didn’t add any cacao butter, but you will be rewarded with a longer journey whilst the chocolate melts and there is no hiding from the flavours: this bar is full of honey notes, dried fruits, no bitterness, natural creamy chocolate and a pleasant aftertaste.
