Hello lovelies today is Day 62 of #80dayobsession. I did like 1/3 of it the day before yesterday but couldn't finish because of time constraints. I didn't cheat and I went through the whole routine again. I did take longer because I have to switch my weights from my #powerblockdumbbells and to make sure I'm working the right muscles/not doing anything to cause boo boos. There are some erased parts on my tracking sheet because I pushed myself harder than I did on Saturday. It just reminds me that I do have to let my body rest during this program and make an executive decision to do what's best for my body on any given day. Yesterday I didn't feel up to 80DO so I played an hour of #ringfitadventure instead just to give myself some activity before work and OMG my balance needs work lol It was better than on Sat. though when I did the Single Leg Hinge today :3. Tomorrow is my day off so depending on how well I sleep I'll either cocoon all day or #marathonclean. I hope its the latter.
