the residential building is a striking solitary structure at this location due to its height alone. its location also gives it an interesting triangular floor plan, with balconies facing the quieter side street. the design of the building itself is simple and modern.
das wohnhaus ist allein durch seine höhe an dieser stelle ein herausragender solitär. durch den standort bedingt hat es auch noch einenspannenden dreieckigen grundriss, mit den balkonen zur ruhigeren seitenstraße. die gestaltung des gebäudes selbst, ist schlicht und modern.
