March Brown Spider A March Brown imitation. March Brown's hatch in February and March on rivers that have hatches of March Brown's. But this fly can also be successfully used again in May/June to imitate the Mayfly ( ephemera danica).

We also found a bit of time to rent a boat and do a little lake fishing in Snogeholmssjön yesterday. Glad I packed my March Brown flyrod with me.
