A lack of balance brings guilt, exhaustion, lack of self control, and moodiness. . For example, you may be try to be more balanced in your finances and keep a tight budget. You may have been on track for 3 weeks only to lose control at the end of the month because you didn't allow yourself any wiggle room to buy one small item for yourself. Allow yourself small motivations to keep going. . Give and take is something we all must do to stay in balance. Perhaps the ghosts we need to release are the ones which tell us the negative messages we grew up hearing from family or neighbors which became part of us. Messages around lack of boundaries, not being good enough, a lack mindset, fear, etc. . Balance these "ghosts" from your past with love, light, and understanding. Realize that you are the same person as you were born but evolved, improved.
