Today’s #marchlitwrit prompt is for March wrap-up / April goals. In terms of writing, I made progress this month, but I’m still a bit behind my plan. Most of the distractions have come from the pups, who are still being trained to not dig, not eat our plants, not bark at every person who walks by, etc. Good news, we are getting there, so April should be a better month. In terms of reading, I’m ahead of schedule and am now reading 1.20 books per week! (Sound the trumpets!). As far as goals, I want to read 1.5 books per week this month, as I have some larger books on my TBR that may take extra time. And for writing goals, finish the pre-Beta edits and get the MS out to my Beta readers. - I also (with the help of my beautiful bride) got the entire back yard cleaned up, the veggie garden planted, and am ready to prep and stain the deck. All of this is one month early, so today I’m enjoying a book in the hammock and watching the fig tree as it starts to leaf. Not a bad month! - #goals #readinggoals #writinggoals #reading #writing #writerslife #writersofig #writersofinstagram #writersfollowwriters #readersofig #readersofinstagram #hammock #hammockandabook #outside
