Welcome to the Darklina Server’s next event: March Mania!
For the month of March, we’re doing a fun competition to create some amazing fanworks & see how many each ‘team’ can gather, with themes running the gamut of the Grishaverse. Anyone who loves Darklina can participate!
Rules:
Each creation MUST use the TOPIC of the team card and one of the secondary elements. For instance, a work supporting Fated Red must feature desire or lust, and either a motif of the color red or the topic of fate. A work for Imperial Purple must feature two thrones, and either a motif of the color purple or a throne room. You are welcome to use every component on the team card as part of the piece you make!
You can enter as many times as you want, for as many different teams as you choose. You aren't locked into a single team!
If posting to AO3, MUST be submitted to the collection by 11:59 PM, March 30th, 2024, Eastern Standard Time
The winning ‘team’ will be determined by how many creations each team has accrued during the month of March. All the fanworks for the winning team will have a special feature on our blog here
FAQ
Yes! You can enter as many fanworks as you want!
Yes! You can hop from team to team! You can switch it up for each fanwork
Yes! You can use the same topic or team over and over. You do not have to switch it up for each fanwork
Yes! Off-server fans can enter their works into the event as well!
Yes! You can submit a single entry to two teams IF it satisfies requirements for both teams. Example, if you are making something for Ravkan Blue and Os Alta Black, you MUST feature both a corruption arc and politics, but better.
Yes! You can make artwork, gifsets, moodboards, playlists, poems, drabbles, full blown novels, etc for this event! The more the merrier!
Yes! A visual creator may use a fic posted for this event as inspiration for their own creation!
Yes! You can start submitting starting March 1st!
Yes! You can collaborate and co-create with others for this event; however, if your group only uploads one work that only counts as one entry
Yes! You can make multi-chapter works for this which feature multiple teams, but you MUST add each team you’re supporting to the tags. If you do not add the team to the tags, some of your team entries may not be counted.
