Czy pamiętasz ten utwór? Czy coś Ci przypomina? Co to jest? Pamiętasz zakończenie? Instrumenty, głosy, rytmy, melodie? Czy dałoby się to zanucić? Jak to szło? Co to było? Czy było tam coś, co Ci się nie spodobało? Chodzi o instrumenty, głosy, rytmy, melodie?

Pamiętasz ten utwór? Co to jest? Jaka to jest muzyka? Czy pamiętasz ten utwór, to brzmienie? Czy coś Cię w nim zaintrygowało? Co to było? Instrumenty, głosy, rytmy, melodie? Czy możesz to zanucić? Jak to idzie?

Przecież to nie tak było.

Remember that piece? The one that was on your mind back then… How did it go? What was it? What kind of music was it? Do you remember how it started? Do you remember instruments, voices, rhythms, melodies? What did the music sound like? How did it affect you? What was happening to you at that time?

Do you remember that piece? Does it resemble you anything you already know? What is it? Remember the ending? Instruments, voices, rhythms, melodies? Would it be possible to hum it? How did it go? What was it? Was there something you weren’t fond of? Was it about instruments, voices, rhythms, melodies?

Remember that piece? What is it? What kind of music is it?  Do you remember that piece, that sound? Is there something that intrigued you? What was it? Instruments, voices, rhythms, melodies? Can you hum it? How does it go?

Do you recognize that piece? What is it? Does it remind you of something? What is this music like?  What was it…?

Possible Music I (2012, rev. 2015)

I'd like to invite you to perform my piece, Possible Music I (7' ca). The composition is the first part of a trilogy under the same name. 

SCORE

You are both the performer and the audience of this piece. You are not expected to be physically present anywhere. You perform the piece wherever you are.

Your task as is to imagine my piece and to hear it in your imagination.

All the performers should listen to my music in advance in order to best prepare for the performance and to leave the authorship of the piece in no doubt.

It is intentional that I am not giving you any further tips. It is all about your imagination of my music. Don’t be shy. Let your imagination run wild. Let it work.

If you cannot attend, if you’re busy or it’s simply not possible for you at this time, don’t worry, consider trying it when you are ready.

I’d be very grateful if you would share your impressions about this work with me.
